Cemeteries and forget-me-nots
Two of my favorite things: cemeteries and forget-me-nots.
A Sunday afternoon spent roaming a cemetery is my idea of bliss.

forget-me-nots on pink (art)
It just occurred to me that I should try drawing and painting forget-me-nots. Look at how simple they are. They are straightforward and unpretentious. Even I, an artistically challenged being, should be able to handle these these little cuties!

forget-me-nots in yellow vase (photo)
Enough of this walloring (my mom’s word) in beauty! Time to face the day.
But first…yellow is my favorite color. I like the way that the yellow vase draws out the yellow centers of the forget-me-nots.
Such happy little flowers.
